Life Practice Counseling Group is a non-profit counseling agency offering affordable and low cost counseling to the Greater Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, and Stockton areas! We also offer Internet/Telehealth Therapy throughout the state of California. We now accept Healthnet Medi-Cal, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, Magellan, and Molina Healthcare insurance for the Sacramento Areas.
We offer a safe, comfortable, and confidential counseling environment to facilitate self-awareness and increase insight to achieve growth, empowerment, freedom, and healthy choices.
We have a diverse staff of experienced and well-educated Therapists. We offer both Licensed Therapists and Therapists in Training that are supervised by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker while they are collecting hours to obtain their license. We have three different sliding scales, one to see a Therapist in Training, one to see a Licensed Therapist, and one to do Internet/Telehealth Therapy. All are based on monthly income or your ability to pay. We currently have English speaking, Spanish speaking counselors, Punjabi speaking counselors, Hindi speaking counselors (not 100% fluent), and Mandarin Chinese speaking counselors.
