Neurodivergent Life
Specialized Therapy for Neurodivergent Teens, Young Adults, and Families
Being neurodivergent in a world that was not designed with neurodivergent minds in mind can be exhausting.
Many autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent teens and young adults spend years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, isolated, or pressured to fit expectations that do not align with who they are.
The Neurodivergent Life Program provides therapy that is affirming, practical, and grounded in an understanding of the unique strengths and challenges that often accompany neurodivergence.
Our goal is not to "fix" neurodivergent individuals. Our goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate the systems and environments that impact their daily lives.
